About The Role:
This organisation is looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead major IT and business change initiatives, develop and execute change management strategies, and drive adoption, benefits realisation, and organisational improvement Level/Classification:EL1 Contract Type:Labour Hire Contract Duration: 12 Months + 1 x 6 Months Extension Location:Canberra, ACT Requirements:
* Ability to obtain BASELINE clearance
* Ability and willingness to obtain police check

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement change management strategies and plans for multiple projects
* Lead stakeholder engagement and communications to maximise adoption and minimise resistance
* Assess risks, implement preventative actions, and manage change readiness activities
* Coordinate and lead workforce planning, documentation uplift, and process improvements
* Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and information sessions to support change adoption
* Provide expert advice in change management and support the development of internal capabilities
* Monitor, evaluate, and report on change initiatives to ensure benefits realisation
* Provide project, programme, and portfolio support, ensuring alignment with standards and methodologies
Experience and Skills Required
* Proven experience as a Change Manager in multiple project environments
* Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, including ADKAR, within Agile or Prince2 projects
* Experience developing change strategies, training plans, and benefits realisation frameworks
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and lead through influence
* Experience in large-scale organisations or similar scoped environments
* Capability to provide specialist advice and consolidate knowledge from multiple sources
