What You Will Do
As partner engagement officer, you will help improve how fines services support partners and the public. You will investigate issues, prepare advice and help deliver fair and consistent outcomes.
You Will
* Investigate and resolve complex complaints raised by partners and members of the public.
* Prepare clear reports, briefings and correspondence for senior staff and government offices.
* Provide expert advice to improve systems, processes and customer service.
* Manage important projects and support new initiatives across the business.
* Build strong working relationships with legal services, enforcement agencies and government partners.
About You
A qualification in business administration, legal studies, project management or a related field is desirable.
You Should Also Have
* Strong knowledge of legislation, policies and government procedures.
* Proven experience investigating difficult issues and resolving complaints.
* Excellent written communication and problem‐solving skills.
* Sound judgement with the ability to manage competing priorities.
