Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Web Designer with at least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant and a strong background in working with overseas clients (U.S., U.K., Canada, or Australia). This is a project-based remote role focused on building and managing membership and e-learning websites.
Candidates must have hands-on experience with the following tools:
* WordPress
* Beaver Builder
* MemberPress
* PayPal
* Stripe
* ActiveCampaign
These platforms form the core of the projects infrastructure, expertise is essential to ensure seamless integration, a smooth user experience, and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
* Design, build, and maintain websites using WordPress and Beaver Builder
* Set up and manage membership systems with MemberPress
* Integrate secure payment gateways (PayPal and Stripe)
* Implement automated email workflows and CRM functions using ActiveCampaign
* Collaborate with international clients and meet project deadlines
* Troubleshoot and optimize websites as needed
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years experience as a Virtual Assistant
* Demonstrated success working with U.S., U.K., or Canada-based clients
* High attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
