**About the role**:
- Managing inbound and outbound calls utilising communication, empathy and negotiation skills
- Assist with resolving disputes, claims and payments
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and investigations
- Working towards business KPI's
- Previous experience in debt recovery
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Customer service skills specifically the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
- Experience in taking payments & negotiating payment schedules
- Ability to have difficult conversation with customers and remain skilled
- High level of attention to detail and ability to keep detailed records
- High level of resilience

Commencing immediately this is a full-time position with hours of work rostered between 8:30AM to 6PM Monday to Friday on rotation.
