The Role We are looking for Cotton Warehouse Administrator to support warehouse and logistics operations in the cotton export industry that based in Whitton, NSW, this role works closely with the warehouse team to manage export documentation, coordinate container movements, and maintain accurate inventory and shipping records. This is a fast-paced, warehouse-based administrative role where attention to detail and strong organisation are essential. You'll contribute to the smooth movement of cotton from warehouse to international markets while ensuring compliance with export regulations and quality requirements. Key Responsibilities This role supports the warehouse and logistics team to ensure cotton exports are organised, documented, and dispatched on schedule. Prepare export documentation including packing lists and shipping paperwork Coordinate container movements with freight and transport providers Maintain accurate bale movement and inventory records Reconcile export loads against sales orders and container plans Assist with container inspections and compliance documentation Communicate with warehouse teams to coordinate packing and shipping schedules Benefits Competitive pay rate of $33.33 per hour Consistent weekday schedule with approx. 38 hours per week For approx. 3-4 months Exposure to export logistics and cotton supply chains Opportunity to work in a well-structured warehouse operation within the agricultural sector On-site accommodation option is available This is a casual position paid under the Cotton Ginning Award. The casual hourly rate will apply during the off-season, with the applicable seasonal rate applying once the ginning season begins, in accordance with the Award. Your Skills & Experience To succeed in this role, you will bring strong administrative capability and the ability to manage logistics information accurately in a warehouse or export environment.
