Customer Service Officer
Are you a proactive and organised professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, quotes, orders, and deliveries while ensuring a seamless, high-quality service experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly, professionally, and accurately.
- Manage quotes, orders, pricing, and product information efficiently.
- Provide timely and accurate delivery and product details to customers.
- Act as a liaison between customers, suppliers, end-users, and sales representatives.
- Coordinate with freight companies to ensure smooth shipments and deliveries.
- Follow up on outstanding quotes and requests to maintain excellent customer relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in a B2B enviornment - liasing with local and national businesses
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with computer systems and quick to learn new software.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve customer concerns effectively.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Experience or knowledge of building or plumbing products.
- Experience liaising with freight companies and managing logistics.
- Positive, collaborative attitude with a drive to contribute to team success.
