Qualifications and experience required
* Salary + super (based on level on role)
* Certificate III Commercial Cookery or apprentice trained
* Excellent communication skills
* 'Can do' attitude
* Someone who strives for excellence regardless the level of cuisine
* Advanced understanding of food safety and kitchen best practice models
* Working with an exceptional Head Chef
* Collaborating with the Head Chef on the evolving menu
* Assisting setting up kitchen and kitchen operations
* Maintaining and exceeding the highest of kitchen standards
