This position is from file start through to council approval with construction supervisor support & post construction client support and will include (but are not limited to) such duties as:
• Provide ongoing support to sales consultants to achieve client outcomes
• Pre-contract file preparation & follow up
• Post-contract/Pre-council co-ordination for covenant approval & energy efficiency assessments
• Lodge plans for building approval with our private certifiers & plumbing approval with council
• First point of contact to clients under construction
• Construction file preparation
• Post contract variation processing and compliance processes
• Support to site supervisors to achieve client outcomes
• Workflow follow up management to strict timelines
• Handover co-ordination
• Compliance certification management
• Constant process follow up to strict timelines
• Keep Clients up to date with their new homes work flow
• Provide administrative support to team members
• Post construction maintenance assistance
The ideal candidate for this position would be preferred to have:
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role with a Queensland based volume residential new home builder and understand the new home construction process
• The ability to work well with external consultants to achieve the required outcomes
• Proven track record of excellence in customer service
• Be methodical and organised in your approach to duties
• Experience in CRM and/or Data Base Software packages
• Experience with construction software systems beyond basic requirements
