The Opportunity 
Part of the Oils and Technical Services team, the Dispatch Coordinator oversees the daily transportation operations at our Crestmead site. You will ensure that the transport component of the business is run as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible. 
- Coordinating and scheduling all driver routes to ensure customers are serviced 
- Manage route optimisation, ensuring efficient use of resources 
- Ensuring compliance with transport regulations, entering customer sites and operating procedures, which includes monitoring and signing off daily driver check sheets 
- Maintain relationships with third parties, contractors, suppliers and customers 
About You 
You will have a high level of communication and interpersonal skills and pride yourself on your ability to deliver value to customers. Operating in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, you will bring the following skills to the position: 
- Strong written and verbal communication skills 
- The ability to build solid working relationships with operations teams 
- Good understanding of operating procedures 
- Understanding of transport and logistics 
- Intermediate experience with MS Office Suite
