Cotton gin production supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our Moree site in New South Wales, focusing on safety and performance.



The Safety-Driven Operations Lead will be accountable for managing, planning, and operating a cotton gin. This includes leading a team of professionals responsible for maintaining machinery and ensuring the smooth operation of the gin. The ideal candidate should have significant ginning experience and mechanical knowledge.

* Fully qualified Site Manager with relevant ginning experience.

* Demonstrated leadership capabilities with ability to manage teams effectively.

* Mechanical knowledge and understanding of equipment maintenance.
