Life as a Zone Manager at MECCA:
As part of the store Management team, this entry level leadership position is responsible for empowering a team of Hosts (Retail Assistants) to deliver the ultimate beauty shopping experience by embracing the MECCA values and enabling our customers to look and feel their best.
Daily responsibilities include:
Ensure the team in your zone is well connected, motivated and informed of the daily plan
Lead by example with your stand-out customer service
Communicate with fellow Zone Managers to help customers navigate seamlessly between zones
Work closely with the Specialists, Floor Manager and Store Manager to maintain a cohesive team dynamic
What we’re looking for:
Proven success coaching and developing others, preferably within a retail environment
A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments
Genuinely care about people, and always sees through the eyes of the customer and team to ensure the best customer and team member experience.
