We are seeking a detail-focused and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Spare Parts Expert.
About the Role
This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer service, supporting both trade clients and internal teams with timely and accurate parts advice and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supply spare parts over the counter and by phone
* Provide expert advice on parts specifications
* Billing, costing, and inventory management using computer systems
* Promote parts sales and support weekend trade as required
* Maintain a clean, professional counter and display area
* Develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Your Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in a similar customer service or parts-related role
* Computer literacy with excellent attention to detail
* Effective communication skills and a proactive attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a tight-knit team
* Desirable: mechanical or automotive parts knowledge
