You'll lead a skilled team of HD Mechanics, Boilermakers, and Auto Electricians, driving maintenance excellence, equipment reliability, and a strong safety-first culture.
Equipment we currently have onsite:
Excavators: CAT 6020
Loaders: CAT 988 & CAT 992
Dozers: CAT D10 & D11
Dump Trucks: CAT 785D
Graders: CAT 18
Drills: Epiroc D65
What we are looking for:
* Proven site-based supervisory experience within mobile equipment maintenance (MEM)
* Strong hands-on knowledge of Caterpillar, Hitachi, and Komatsu mining equipment
* Demonstrated leadership, communication, and people management skills
* Sound understanding of relevant mining legislation, including Section 26
* Previous exposure to AMT maintenance software (desirable)
* Australian Recognised Heavy Diesel Trade Certificate
* Current valid manual C Class Driver's Licence
