Lead Retail Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail leader to join our team. As the Assistant Boutique Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving client experience, and developing the skills of our boutique team.
* Responsibilities:
o Client Development Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase client loyalty.
o People Leadership: Lead and develop the boutique team, focusing on succession planning and engagement.
o Operations: Support the Boutique Manager with all facets of boutique operations, including staff rosters, time & attendance, expenses, and reporting.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have five years of relevant working experience, with several years at a managerial level within retail. You should also be a people-centric retail leader with demonstrable experience in leading retail operations to a high level of success across client experience, operations, people development & support, and business performance.
