WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes Meta Ads and is obsessed with lead generation, scaling campaigns, and maximising ROAS. This is not a generalist role, you will own Meta & TikTok Ads end-to-end, from building high-converting funnels and writing/testing ad copy (hooks, angles, CTAs) to managing creatives, structuring audiences, and scaling winners. You'll dive deep into the data, analysing CTRs, CPMs, CPAs, LTVs, and ROAS running structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and offers to constantly optimise performance. You'll confidently manage budgets from testing to scale, implement advanced tracking and pixel strategies, and stay ahead of Meta updates, algorithm changes, and ad policies. If you thrive on turning clicks into high quality leads, obsess over growth metrics, and love to scale campaigns profitably, this role gives you full ownership, creative freedom, and the opportunity to drive measurable impact every single day.
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...
* Experience managing min $100k monthly budgets
* Expert level knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution models, and performance analytics.
* Skilled at running multiple offers and funnels simultaneously, optimising each for maximum results
* Commercially driven, focused on profit and growth, not just clicks or impressions
