Essential Requirements
">

* A contemporary understanding of mental health issues and recovery-oriented practice.

* Capacity to continuously develop practice in response to supervision, reflection, training, practice experience, and feedback.

* Completion of the Certificate 4 in Mental Health, Certificate 4 in Mental Health Peer Work or Certificate 4 in Community Services, or equivalent practical experience working in a mental health role.

* Rights to work in Australia and a current and valid Driver's License.

* Satisfactory Police Records Check and Working with Children Check before commencement.

* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate and NDIS Worker Screening Check before commencement.
