Job Description AI Talent is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and documenting program code based on user requirements and aligned with system and technical specifications.
Responsibilities
* Analyse system requirements and write technical documentation for company policies and user guides.
* Identify inefficiencies in current processes and highlight software limitations in order to provide recommendations on software purchase and upgrade.
* Implement the testing plan and quality standards for enterprise applications, debug existing source code, and polish feature sets.
* Coordinate with the Technical Director on current programming tasks and collaborate with other programmers to design and implement features.
* Create and document software tools that artists or other developers require and quickly produce well-organised, optimised, and documented source code.
* Researching, consulting, analysing and evaluating system program needs.
* Identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures and methods.
* Testing, debugging, diagnosing and correcting errors and faults in an application programming language within established testing protocols, guidelines and quality standards to ensure programs and applications perform to specification.
* Writing and maintaining program code to meet system requirements, system designs and technical specifications in accordance with quality accredited standards.
* Writing, updating and maintaining technical programs, end-user documentation and operational procedures.
* Providing advice, guidance and expertise in developing proposals and strategies for software design activities such as financial evaluation and costings for recommending software purchases and upgrades.
* End to End Web/UI Testing.
Requirements
* Attention to detail is essential and all tasks must be carried out to the highest standard.
* Certified as TOSCA
* Automation specialist L2
* Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
* Excel in performing
* Experience with ServiceNow technologies
* Proven problem-solving experience
* Certified as ServiceNow Administrator
* Previous experience with Salesforce CRM
* Experience with using Selenium Web driver for automation

Salary: $70,000 to $120,000 per year + Super
