Territory Manager – South East Queensland & Northern NSW

The Company
Total Hardware, a specialist trade and industrial hardware supplier to the window & door, glass & glazing, security door and related industries, are seeking to appoint a Territory Manager to support customers throughout South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales. This role reports directly to the National Sales Manager and Director of Sales.
Proudly an Australian-owned family style manufacturer, importer, wholesaler and distributor, Total Hardware is an industry leading independent operating nationally from offices and warehouses located on the Gold Coast, Melbourne and Perth.

The Opportunity

You may already be working in a sales role in the industries we serve or a similar role in another industry, supporting trade and industrial style customers, ready to take the next step in your career.
A comprehensive induction and training program, ongoing support from all levels of the business, special offers, industry leading brochures, catalogue, website and tools of trade including a lap top, mobile phone and fully maintained company vehicle will position you well for success.
Managing existing, new and opportunity customers via phone, email, Microsoft Teams and face-to-face engagement, you will promote new and existing products to fabricators, repairers, glaziers, installers and resellers in an effort to grow market share and increase sales across your territory.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and grow sales within existing accounts across QLD and Northern NSW.
* Identify and convert new sales and business development opportunities.
* Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and value proposition.
* Monitor and report on evolving customer needs, new product opportunities and competitor activity.
* Secure new product sales within your designated territory.
* Develop and implement growth strategies in conjunction with the National Sales Manager.
* Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, warehouse, procurement, administration and finance teams.
* Plan and execute structured daily, weekly and monthly call cycles.
* Report on activities, pipeline opportunities and market feedback.

* Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience is expected for this position.
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this role.
