Join us in a part time, office-based role (2–3 days a week) where organisation meets impact. You’ll be the go-to person keeping our pharmacy database running smoothly — from accurate invoicing and product updates to stock investigations and training our retail teams. If you love variety and problem-solving, this role puts you right at the heart of it. 
Key Responsibilities 
Maintain accurate invoice, product, and pricing data 
Conduct stock investigations & stocktake analysis 
Monitor stock movements and adjustments 
Generate & analyse EDI reports 
Train retail staff on inventory processes and systems
