The Admin Officer ensures smooth day-to-day operations across administration, property, and asset management. This role requires strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to handle ad hoc tasks that support the wider business.
Responsibilities
* Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
* Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and negotiating contracts.
* Maintain relationships with vendors and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
* Monitor inventory levels and manage purchasing orders.
* Assist in the development and implementation of business plans and strategies.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against business objectives.
* Support the organization and documentation of company governance activities.
* Ensure property assets are well-maintained and support dealership operations.
* Mandarin speaking is preferred.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
* 2–3 years of administrative experience (automotive or retail preferred).
* Experience in property/facility management is an advantage.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management software.
* Valid driver's license (mandatory for NSW site travel).
