Assistant Manager – 19XO Cocktail Bar
Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 + incentives
Roster: 4 days per week

What You'll Be Doing
• Supporting the Venue Manager in day-to-day operations
• Leading and motivating the bar and floor team
• Maintaining high service standards and brand presentation
• Managing staff training, rosters, and performance
• Overseeing opening/closing procedures and shift control
• Ensuring compliance with RSA, WHS, and licensing requirements
• Assisting with stock control, ordering, and cost management
• Handling guest interactions professionally and confidently

• 2+ years experience in a supervisory or management role (cocktail bar or premium venue preferred)
