We are now seeking an organised, friendly, and proactive Receptionist to join our team. This role is central to maintaining smooth front‑office operations, supporting administrative functions, and ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for all visitors and clients.


Key Responsibilities



Reception and General Administration

* Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
* Greet visitors, manage inquiries, and address guest concerns professionally.
* Organise and maintain front desk files and records, and ensure accurate mail distribution.
* Coordinate courier services and manage incoming and outgoing parcels.
* Maintain a tidy, organised, and presentable front desk and meeting rooms.
* Assist with general administrative duties, including photocopying, filing, and data entry into internal systems.
* Prepare outgoing mail and other correspondence.
* Support logistics tasks, including manufacturing and warehouse coordination, delivery schedules, stock returns, and stock counts.
* Perform other ad‑hoc housekeeping and administrative duties as required.
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve day‑to‑day operational issues.


Qualifications and Skills

* Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
* A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
