As the Supervisor ICT Infrastructure, you will lead a team of six who are responsible for the system installations, cloud services, and monitoring that support and maintain the NSW RFS ICT networks.
This is an essential role for monitoring the performance and availability of all ICT infrastructure and operational communication systems, as well as overseeing all vendor management activities, including contract negotiations for system administration and networking services.
- Managing a Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) environment, preferably within a medium sized organisation.
- AWS (Amazon Web Services) Cloud Technologies.
- An understanding of the NSW Cybersecurity Framework.
- Client and Server Microsoft technologies.
