About Our Client

As a medium-sized team, they offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where your contributions will make an impact. This is a part-time role, working 24 hours per week across 5 days.
Job Description
* Prepare, review, and manage lease agreements and related documentation.
* Maintain accurate lease records and databases for compliance and reporting purposes.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address lease-related inquiries.
* Assist with rent reviews, lease renewals, and other tenancy matters.
* Ensure compliance with relevant property laws and regulations.
* Generate and analyse reports to support the property management team.
* Provide administrative support for the property department as required.
* Identify and resolve discrepancies in lease documentation or payments.
The Successful Applicant
* Previous experience in lease administration or a related property role.
* MRI Experience
* A strong understanding of property management processes and lease documentation.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
