Weoperatea fleet of F100 and A****** jetaircraftfrom our base at Perth Airport and specialise in mining industry charters, regional airline services, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.AstheCustomer Experience Officer,you will be a part of the Network Aviation Cabin Crew team, reporting directly to theHead of Cabin Crew & Customer Experience.
You willsupportthe rollout of customer-focused initiatives, ensuring our products and services align with Qantas Group standards.
This role is dynamic, people-focusedand perfect for someone who is passionateabout enhancing the customer journey and experience.Key Responsibilities:Collect,reviewand analysemarket research and customerfeedbackPresent customer trends and insights to Cabin Crew, CustomerExperienceand operational teamsEngage with cabin crew to gather feedback and troubleshoot customer-related issuesAddress and action customer feedback from Flight Wraps and Product Service ReportsSupportin projects that focus on continuous improvement to service deliveryProvidehigh-qualityadministrative support to the Customer Experience and Cabin Crew leadership teamCoordinate Cabin crew uniform requirements and support onboarding/offboarding tasksSupport Cabin crew in the administration of iPads and customer-facing applications, including RED.Driving a culture of customer service excellence and continuous improvement2–4 years' experience in customer service, customer insights,operationsor similar rolesStrong written and verbal communication skills acrossall levels of the organisationThe ability to quickly learn required service standards, safetyproceduresand policy requirementsExperience in a dynamic environment, with the ability to troubleshoot and adapt quicklySelf-motivation and commitment to improving service standardsExperience engaging with diverse stakeholder groupsHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong administration and systems capability (Microsoft Office, Qualtrics, Viva etc.)Cabin Crew experience is desirableWhy the Qantas Group?
