We are seeking a UX Researcher/Designer to join our Digital Experience Branch in Canberra.
This is a contract role for six months with two x six-month extension options.
As a member of the multi-disciplinary Customer Experience Design team, you will work on building world-class government digital services.
* Transform the Department's approach to delivering online content and help deliver a Digital Experience Platform.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead user research engagements from end-to-end in a team environment.
* Conduct user research using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
* Presentation/facilitation skills and ability to articulate and present solutions, ideas, and recommendations.
* Develop user-centred design approaches to improve digital products and services.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum five years' experience required.
* Proven experience in user research for large digital projects.
* Champion of User Centred Design (UCD) and the DTA's Digital Service Standard (DSS).
