Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Education Administrator to join our team. This is a specialist administrative role focused on maintaining and supporting the Learning Management System (LMS) and associated Education Centre technology and services.


About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of education services across the organisation by delivering high-quality administrative and technical support and analytics to users and key stakeholders.

* This includes facilitating day-to-day administration of the Education Centre, including managing room bookings, managing the team calendar and the development and distribution of marketing materials.

* Ordering supplies and resources to ensure the efficient operation of the Education Centre.

* Plan, organise and coordinate events, seminars, forums and study days, including maintaining financial records.

* Provide technical support, respond and resolve user issues within the LMS.

* Maintain and update user accounts, courses, certification and competencies within LMS.

* Liaise with immediate supervisors and middle management to seek and provide information regarding LMS and Education Centre operations.

* Liaise and collaborate with the e-Learning Developer to ensure efficient access and functioning of competencies within LMS.

* Analyse and interpret data from system databases (CAMMS, PayGlobal and LMS), prepare and generate reports and distribute as required.

* Provide efficient, courteous, effective and timely administrative service to internal and external customers.

* Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external education stakeholders.

* Support the Education Manager and team with administrative and operational tasks as required.


Key Responsibilities:

* Facilitate daily operations of the Education Centre.

* Manage and maintain LMS and related systems.

* Coordinate events and activities.

* Provide technical support and troubleshooting.

* Analyse and report data.


Requirements:

* Excellent communication and organisational skills.

* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and attention to detail.

* Prior experience desirable but not essential.
