Our team of active chiropractors, physiotherapists and massage therapists are experts in movement and function. We exist to provide accessible treatment for restoring and improving the wellbeing and performance of our patients.
Over the past 10 years, our team has grown into a team of more than 20 practitioners and support staff across 8 locations. Our vision is to be the gold standard in evidence-based care for the treatment of non-surgical musculoskeletal disorders and unite all professions that practice any form of manual and exercise therapy.
With a passion for training graduates and new practitioners, we work closely with surgeons and specialists, high-level youth and adult sports teams, private schools and some of the most well-known gyms across Sydney.
**About Role**
As a Clinic Manager, your efforts help the clinics run like a well-oiled machine!
**The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to**:
Business support:
- Manage the Operations Assistants and their tasks.
- Recruiting new staff as needed.
- Assisting the Training and Development manager with coordinating learning opportunities.
- Assisting the Marketing Manager with tasks alongside the operations assistants.
- Collaborate with directors to manage practitioner performance including keeping track of numbers and achievements.
- Managing business support contractors including IT, cleaning and maintenance.
Helping with the general running of the business:
- Improving internal processes, future-proofing policy/procedures and ensuring these are upheld throughout the business.
- Ensuring the clinics are presented to a high standard including regular audits of stock, cleanliness and efficiency.
- Working alongside the Company Owners to administer new business opportunities.
- Approving and managing the leave calendars.
Assisting Operations Manager with light accounting duties:
- Including wages and timesheets.
**Requirements**:
- 2 years experience in a similar role
- Valid driver's licence and ability to drive between clinics
- Right to work in Australia
- Availability to work 10AM - 2PM Monday-Friday
