The Advertising and Brand Lead is responsible for crafting compelling campaigns that resonate with Apple's Australia and New Zealand audience. This involves origination and localization work, from creative development to production and deployment of integrated campaigns. The role requires close collaboration with creative and media agencies to amplify campaign effectiveness across geo markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead comms strategy development for advertising campaigns, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure relevance and effectiveness within the market.
* Evaluate recommendations from WW Marcom and PM teams, ensuring alignment with local market needs.
* Oversee local market launches, sustaining activities, products, and seasonal projects, maintaining consistency with Apple's brand positioning.
* Build high-performing teams, fostering inclusive environments where creativity thrives.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated 15+ years of experience in creative agency management or similar roles, with extensive knowledge in creative development and delivery.
* Strong understanding of traditional and digital media to inform media and communications planning.
* Solid production knowledge, including films, outdoor, digital, and social content.
* 5+ years of management experience leading teams.
