The Role

We are hiring a Change Manager for a 12‐month full‐time contract, in our Enterprise Transformation and Delivery team.

The Enterprise Transformation and Delivery team supports IFM in driving efficiency and growth, while simplifying the experience of change and reducing risk. The team provides disciplined delivery, governance and change capability across the enterprise portfolio while uplifting delivery maturity across the organisation.

This role is accountable for leading the people, leadership and adoption aspects of complex, multi‐stream change across IFM's enterprise portfolio. The role ensures change is defined, planned, governed, sequenced and embedded in a way that enables delivery outcomes to be realised and sustained, while actively managing enterprise change capacity and adoption risk.

The Change Manager supports enterprise transformation initiatives typical of funds management and broader financial services, including operating model and process change, technology and data transformations, and regulatory and risk change. This includes leading the culture and behaviour shifts required to embed new ways of working – particularly where AI and automation change how decisions are made, how work is performed, and how risk and controls are managed. The role may be allocated to one or more initiatives based on organisational priorities and change capacity.

Key Responsibilities Include

* Enable successful adoption of new operating models, processes, systems and ways of working across global teams.
* Protect value realisation by ensuring leaders and impacted teams are ready at key milestones and that adoption is reinforced and sustained in BAU.
* Act as a trusted advisor and coach to Sponsors, Project/Program Managers and governance forums on change strategy, culture/behaviour shifts, and people/adoption risk.
* Contribute to enterprise change capability, consistency and maturity, including data‐informed adoption measurement and change approaches.

Your Background And Experience

* Minimum 7 years' experience delivering complex, multi‐stream change initiatives with accountability for adoption and benefits realisation
* Proven experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives or large enterprise programs
* Strong capability using data and insights to drive change planning, adoption and sustained outcomes
* Demonstrated experience supporting AI and automation adoption, including cultural and behavioural change
* Experience delivering change within financial services or funds management environments
* Ability to work effectively with senior leaders, sponsors and governance forums
* Formal training or certification in recognised change management methodologies
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent facilitation capability
* High level of analytical skill, including assessing readiness, risks and options under ambiguity
* Demonstrated ability to influence leaders, embed new ways of working and drive measurable adoption outcomes
