As a Senior Go-To-Market Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional squads to develop and execute targeted lifecycle marketing initiatives that drive customer growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and lead the GTM strategy for squad experiences and products, including positioning, messaging, launch planning, and growth activities.
* Build and execute targeted retention and loyalty programs, measuring their impact on member satisfaction and business outcomes.
* Take ownership for understanding, member comprehension, and optimization of the member journey.
* Proactively identify challenges and opportunities at each stage of the lifecycle, using data-driven insights to inform strategy.
* Develop and implement campaigns and initiatives that enhance the member experience and foster long-term loyalty.
* Use insights to translate and build the member journey lifecycle to uncover friction points and growth opportunities and design solutions that address key moments of truth in the member experience and present those findings to senior stakeholders on a regular cadence.
* Act as the marketing lead within your experience squad, contributing to sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and product development discussions.
* Leverage member data, market research, and competitor analysis to inform GTM planning.
* Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, and partner channels to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement.
* Communicate marketing strategy and outcomes effectively to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions with data and insight.
* Collaborate with other squads and central teams to ensure consistency in messaging and leverage shared learnings.
Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Go-To-Market Manager who possesses:
* 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on GTM product or growth marketing roles.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* Experience or ability to mentor Junior and other Business Analysts where applicable.
* Industry certification in Agile and Business Analysis (e.g. SCRUM, SAFe, CBAP).
* Demonstrated success in driving customer growth and engagement through targeted lifecycle marketing initiatives.
* Developed and executed GTM and lifecycle plans that successfully penetrated new markets, segments, or drove change in customer behavior.
* Thrives in a complex and dynamic environment with a proven ability to manage shifting priorities and influence cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
* Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
* Strong analytical skills and comfort with using data and insights to inform GTM strategy development and decision-making.
* Proven ability to lead marketing strategy from concept to execution.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
