POSITION SUMMARY

Position Summary:
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchen, food preparation, and receiving dock areas
* Wash, sanitise, and store all cutlery, crockery, glassware, silverware, and kitchen equipment
* Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to ensure efficiency and safety
* Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment including pots, pans, ovens, grills, fryers, and preparation areas
* Ensure food storage areas, walk-in fridges, freezers, dry stores, and benches are kept clean and organized
* Assist with buffet setup and breakdown in Food & Beverage venues
* Support cleaning of associate dining areas
* Dispose of waste correctly and maintain cleanliness of loading docks, rubbish areas, and bins
* Report breakages, hazards, and incidents to the Head Chef or Senior Management
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and Work Health & Safety standards at all times
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and follow instructions from the Head Chef and Management
About You:
* Previous experience in a kitchen stewarding or similar role is desirable
* Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks safely
* Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
* Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
* Valid working rights in Australia
