Key Account Manager Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Key Account Manager to join our team in Western Australia. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of direct reports, executing compliance activities, and growing business partnerships in the grocery channel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team of 3 part-time direct reports to achieve sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
* Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business results and meet or exceed sales targets.
* Identify and capitalize on incremental opportunities to grow revenue and expand market share.
* Strict adherence to provided OH & S guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
* Contribute effectively as a member of the WA field team, providing support and expertise as needed.
* Manage merchandiser budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control.
* Liaise with key decision-makers in store to build strong relationships and drive business outcomes.
* Occasional interstate travel may be required to attend meetings and trainings.
Requirements:
* An energetic and resilient achiever who can demonstrate a strong drive for results and adaptability.
* Superior customer focus, challenging the status quo to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* FMC experience is desirable, but not essential.
* You will be confident in leading others through inspiration and motivation, with forward planning skills that see you ahead of the game.
* Microsoft Excel or SAP experience is desirable, but not mandatory.
* Ability to commit to overnight stays when required, demonstrating flexibility and dedication to the role.
