Job Title: Senior Sales Manager
Responsibilities
Sales Management
* Achieve daily targeted number of sales calls with effectiveness. Meet and greet clients accordingly.
* Develop business leads for the hotel on a weekly basis. Prepare monthly lists of accounts to penetrate for the following month.
* Plan site inspections and entertainment meetings per week to qualified potential accounts or new accounts. Conduct negotiations to achieve the best profit and rates for the hotel.
* Maintain a competitive edge by monitoring competitors' rate strategy, account penetration, and marketing activities.
* Fully responsible for accounts under management, including contracting, updating profiles, and renewing contracts.
Team Management
Select and recruit direct reports. Identify and develop team members with potential. Conduct performance reviews with the team.
* Monitor team members' appearance, attitude, and degree of professionalism. Develop staff training programs focusing on their development needs.
Other Responsibilities
Attend all briefings, meetings, and trainings assigned by management. Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times. Be aware of hotel fire and life safety procedures.
