We are now seeking applications from experienced and highly organised Executive Assistants to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the General Manager and Executive Leadership Team. This role is central to ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the corporate office while supporting operational and strategic objectives across regional branches.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage executive inboxes, triage correspondence, and draft professional responses.
* Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, accommodation, and event logistics.
* Prepare agendas, board papers, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
* Act as the first point of contact for the General Manager and Executive Leadership Team.
* Process invoices, reconcile expenses, raise purchase orders, and support procurement activities.
* Maintain document control, filing systems, and executive records.
* Coordinate governance documentation and support reporting requirements.
* Organise internal communications, meetings, and events.
* Provide high-level administrative support while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
