Responsibilities
Support daily tour operations including preparing boats & vehicles (fuel ice safety checks)
Welcome and assist guests during boarding and transfers
Maintain clean safe and presentable vessels vehicles & visitor areas
Assist with manifests guest transport and logistics
Participate in cultural and tourism training to build guiding skills
Promote park experiences and guest activities
Work closely with Indigenous cultural ambassadors and support cultural engagement
Follow WHS and operational procedures
Qualifications : Essential
1-2 years of successful experience in a similar role or front of house operations with a focus on guest satisfaction
Valid drivers license and Light Rigid License or higher
Ideal
Kakadu Knowledge
H Endorsement
Basic first aid certification
