The Opportunity
FourQuarters has been exclusively engaged by one of Australia's leading real estate investment managers to appoint an Investment Analyst.
This is a high-calibre private credit platform providing structured capital solutions across the Australian commercial real estate market. The fund partners with experienced borrowers and sophisticated investors across residential, industrial and commercial sectors, and has built a reputation for disciplined underwriting, strong risk management and consistent performance.
With continued growth and increasing deal flow, the firm is seeking an ambitious, high-performing Analyst looking to step into a more commercially exposed, investment-led environment.
The Role
As an Investment Analyst, you will play an integral role across the full investment lifecycle — from initial deal screening and structuring through to execution and ongoing portfolio management.
Your responsibilities will include:
Financial modelling and transaction analysis
Structuring and assessing new investment opportunities
Coordinating and reviewing due diligence materials
Preparing investment committee papers
Portfolio monitoring and performance reporting
Supporting fund analytics and capital reporting
Assisting with borrower and investor relationship management
Working closely with senior investment professionals, you will gain direct exposure to borrowers, investors and key decision-makers, within a highly regarded investment platform.
About You
You are a talented and passionate finance professional, with experience gained at a bank, real estate finance or debt advisory team. You will have strong financial modelling skills, a well-developed understanding of property fundamentals and credit risk, with the ability to think commercially about transactions. You will have relevant tertiary qualifications in property, finance, law or a related discipline. Most importantly, you are highly motivated to build a long-term career within an elite real estate investment platform.
