Our client is a boutique, high end short and long-term rentals business that specialises in the exclusive Eastern Suburbs marketplace. They service a small portfolio of luxury properties (with an average rate of $2-$4k per night!), and operation in a tight-knit team led by hands on Directors who treat their staff like family.
Due to growth, they are now seeking a Senior-level property management professional to take on the role of Operations Manager. This role will see you overseeing a team of two in the property management department, as well as working hands on managing client relationships, growing the rent roll and streamlining systems and processes across the business.

**The Position**
In the role of Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Oversee the management of a small portfolio of 110 luxury properties
- Build solid relationships with high profile clientele
- Manage an on-site Bookings Agent and Repairs Coordinator
- Assist in the management of in-house housekeeping staff
- Work closely with the Directors to implement systems and technology and streamline PM departmental processes and procedures
- Plus much more!
**The Person**
- A solid background in real estate - ideally in property management, office management or operations roles
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration and Real Estate Licence
- An in-depth understanding of portfolio management from end to end, as well as current PM legislation
- First class written and verbal communication skills
- High level problem-solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skillset
- Proven experience overseeing/delegating to a team, or managing staff
- A forward-thinker who loves implementing/streamlining structures and processes
- Immaculate personal presentation is a must - you will be dealing with high profile clientele
- Knowledge of the Eastern Suburbs marketplace would be an advantage
- Current Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
