As a Community Support Worker, you'll be the difference for individuals and families, delivering person-centered care and support directly in their homes across the Mandurah and Rockingham area.
This is your chance to bring your skills and passion to enhance the lives of our clients as they go about their daily routines. We're looking for caring and empathetic support workers to join us with a focus on those located in the following suburbs:
* Safety Bay
* Golden Bay
* Secret Harbour
* Lakelands
Our hours of operation in the community are 6:00am - 10:30pm with a particular focus on the early mornings and late afternoons/evenings.
We are keen to hear from people who are available Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Provide personal care to promote clients' health and well-being.
* Assist with medication administration.
* Support clients with meal preparation, household chores, and essential daily tasks.
* Facilitate social access and leisure activities.
* Tailor care plans to meet individual needs and goals.
What You'll Bring:
* A genuine passion for making a positive impact in people's lives.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* An NDIS Workers Screening Check and orientation module (or willingness to obtain one).
* A current Australian C-Class Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
* Current provide First Aid and CPR Certificate
