Job description
We're looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Sales Admin & Marketing Coordinator to join our high-performing team at Jellis Craig Geelong.
This full-time role plays a vital part in driving agent visibility, campaign success, and brand consistency across all platforms. You'll manage end-to-end marketing for property listings, coordinate office and agent promotion, oversee sponsorships, and ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and with impact.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing print and digital marketing campaigns for property listings and brand awareness
* Running our social media and email marketing platforms
* Overseeing marketing compliance and supplier coordination
* Supporting agent onboarding and promotional materials
* Building and managing local sponsorship relationships
* Providing performance insights and marketing reporting to leadership
We're looking for someone who:
* Has at least 2 years of marketing experience, ideally within real estate
* Holds a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
* Is proficient in design platforms, social media scheduling tools, and has experience with Real Estate CRMs (Box & Dice)
* Brings strong attention to detail, initiative, and time management
* Has a genuine passion for branding, community engagement, and sponsorship partnerships

Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or Equivalent
* Current Victorian Driver's Licence & reliable vehicle
* Police Check
* Strong administration and communication skills
