What You will do
Managing budgets, occupancy, rostering, and administrative tasks efficiently to optimise the centre's performance.
Implement daily program activities to engage and positively impact children in your care.
Demonstrate attention to detail in keeping accurate records, & evaluating programs.
Manage daily centre operations and ensure compliance with NQF/NQS standards.
Build strong partnerships with families and the community.
What We're Looking For
ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching Degree or Diploma.
1–2+ years of leadership experience.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and team management skills.
Current Working with Children Check, Child Protection Training, and First Aid/ Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates.
Knowledge of NQF/NQS and the Early Years Learning Framework.
