Management Couple (Hospitality & Tourism)
Contract position: Salary negotiable with Business Directors
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, hands - on, and dynamic Motel Management Couple to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction. The ideal candidates will work closely with the Directors and our team to deliver outstanding customer service, manage property, and drive sales initiatives. This is a full-time contract role. Applicants must have current ABN and be Australian citizens.
Candidates must possess the following:
* Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in MOTEL Management
* Professional presentation & manner
* Exceptional customer service
* Strong computer & administration skills
* Able to handle difficult situations in a pleasant manner
* Budgeting
* Meeting profit targets
* Valid Driver License
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
* Check ins / check outs
* Working knowledge of Channel Management, OTA'S, and corporate booking agents.
* Front Office Management, including company accounts, tenants Rent & utility invoicing
* Experience in Satin front office system preferred, or similar system
* Managing housekeepers – roster & accurate timesheets
* Maintaining rooms and grounds to the highest standards
* Understanding and Commitment to WH & S policies and legislation
* Manage trades and contractors on site
* Ordering linen and supplies
* Banking & reconciliation
* Manage bookings, room rates and revenue control
* Able to use Outlook, Word & Excel
2-bedroom residence with utilities and internet included in package
Reliable housekeepers in place, No meals or meal preparation,
No Laundry or swimming pool, small garden area to maintain
To be successfully considered, we expect to see:
Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in hospitality management, preferably motel/hotel sector.
Sound knowledge of property management and facility operations.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and oral.
Willingness to support and manage small onsite team.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
