Key Responsibilities
This Clinical Registered Nurse will be responsible for developing, delivering and evaluating resident care plans, leading clinical services, and liaising with medical professionals and family members.
* Deliver exceptional care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.
* Lead and manage a team of nurses to ensure seamless provision of quality patient care.
* Liaise with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals, allied health, and support staff, to ensure holistic care delivery.
