Job Title: Service Implementer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Service Implementer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure accurate deployment planning at all times.
* Assist in optimizing technician workloads for maximum productivity.
* Evaluate customer requests for technical assistance and coordinate with the Technical Support Team.
* Create and approve new service jobs within the internal system, following company procedures.
* Manage technician service reports and job completion status within SharePoint and the internal system.
* Liaise with the credit function for new order approvals and process Purchase Orders for service activities.
* Generate uniform and PPE orders, handle corporate travel requests, and maintain file archives.
* Provide administrative support to the Service Manager and other team members as needed.
* Maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally.
* Keep Supervisors informed of issues and suggest corrective actions.
* Attend regular team meetings and toolbox sessions.
About You:
* Certificate in Business Administration (desired).
* Experience in administration, call center environments, and labor management/dispatch roles (preferred).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of Oracle R12 (desired).
* Understanding of Workplace Health and Safety responsibilities.
* Australian Unrestricted Driver's License (desired).
* Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
