Overview
Customs Broker - Contract - Remote - Hybrid - Sydney. The chance to work from home, 4 days per week and 1 day in the office on a 12-month contract that may go permanent, working 38 hours per week from ideally Wednesday to Sunday or Tuesday to Saturday, from 10:00am - 6:00pm. They may be open to working fully remote if you’re outside Sydney. Location: Greater Sydney Area.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the smooth movement of goods across international borders by managing customs clearance processes for high value import shipments. Prepare and submit timely customs declarations to maximise pre-clearance opportunities in accordance with established service guidelines.
Requirements
- Current Australian Customs Brokers License.
- Minimum of 1 year in entry writing – Essential.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and shipping logistics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and great attention to detail.
Contract details
- 12-month contract role that may go permanent.
- 38 hours per week, ideally Wednesday to Sunday or Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00am - 6:00pm.
- Remote work with hybrid arrangement; may be fully remote if you’re outside Sydney.
