About This Opportunity
Key responsibilities will include:- Proactively support prospective HDR enquiries and the administration of HDR admissions and scholarship nominations- Work with the DHDR and Team Leader to support and encourage HDR engagement and development opportunities, including local seminars, and other development activities to support research training and enhance the HDR cohort experience and connectednessThis full-time, fixed-term position (up to 12 months) is a parental leave replacement based at our beautiful Gatton campus.
The role includes one work-from-home day per week and occasional visits to our St Lucia campus in Brisbane.
The full-time HEW 5 equivalent base salary will be in the range $77,396 - $86,029 plus super of up to 17%. The total FTE package will be in the range $90,553- $100,654 per annum.

About You- Completion of an undergraduate degree in an area of relevance and at least 2 years' subsequent relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to work cooperatively and collegially in a team and develop strong relationships with stakeholders.- The ability to exercise initiative and judgment as appropriate.- Highly developed organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set realistic priorities to meet deadlines and commitments.- High-level computer literacy with demonstrated ability to adapt to new technology and systems as required.
