This senior executive role involves providing high-level support to an Assistant Commissioner. Key responsibilities include leading work programs, managing staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement work programs, ensuring timely completion of tasks and effective communication with team members.
* Prepare reports, presentations and speeches for internal and external stakeholders.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Contribute to budget planning and management, as well as human resources issues.
* Provide secretariat support for meetings and committees, recording minutes and following up on actions.
* Identify and research regional issues, developing solutions to support business operations.
* Represent the region at internal and external forums, negotiating outcomes and promoting interests.
