Are you a Production Manager, with experience in the shopfitting industry. If so, this is a great opportunity to join a well-established and respected business built around a great team culture.
This role involves managing the Production Team, scheduling, ensuring quality standards, and meeting project deadlines. You will collaborate with the Estimating and the Projects Team to streamline operations and deliver high-quality products that meet client specifications.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Education in a relevant field (e.g., Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering) or equivalent work experience.
* Experience in a production management or supervisory role, ideally within the shopfitting.
* Strong communication skills, written and verbal
* Strong understanding of joinery fabrication processes, materials, and techniques.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) and project management software (Procore), production planning tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
* Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate, guide, and mentor a diverse team.
* Effective delegation, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and interact with staff and stakeholders.
* Knowledge of OH&S regulations within a manufacturing environment.
