Role Requirements
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the following criteria in your application:
* Masters or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology; registration with the Psychology Board of Australia AHPRA and practice endorsement in Clinical Psychology.
* Clinical skills and expertise in the assessment and treatment of children and families with emotional, behavioural, social and/or adjustment problems.
* Demonstrated understanding and application of a range of evidence-based treatments for common psychological disorders presenting in children and their families.
* Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in working with complex presentations, possibly involving risk factors at the individual, family and community levels.
* Demonstrated capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team as well as with inter-agency stakeholders.
* Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in responding to child protection concerns arising in families.
* Excellent demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
* Experience in using office computer systems, including capacity to use eMR and other health IT systems.
