Job Description
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
o Managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable cycle, from invoice matching and coding to payment processing
o Processing both domestic and international payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
o Monitoring and reconciling supplier accounts, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
o Setting up new vendors and maintaining supplier records in line with audit and compliance standards
o Supporting internal and external audits through accurate reporting and documentation
o Assisting with month-end close activities and providing ad hoc support to the finance team as required
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in an end-to-end Accounts Payable role within a high-volume environment. They will be confident working with large volumes of transactions and demonstrate strong familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. A sharp eye for detail, excellent time management, and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines are essential. The successful candidate will also possess strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to working with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
